Choose between in-person or virtual, private, yoga sessions below. Our therapy clients can book sessions at a discounted prices. Please see the schedule below to book a time that works for you. 

Each session is tailored for your individual needs. Ideal for anxiety, depression, trauma flow or restorative or power yoga. We can also include breathing practices, sound baths and affirmations for self, chakra work and more. Each session is based on your identified needs, concerns and interest. Personalized affirmations and journal prompts are also included within service as well as a print out of sequence for future use.
